Senior Supply Chain Analyst Job Location:
Sunnyvale, CA Work Schedule:
Onsite (min 3 days) Rate:
$75/hr W2, Based on experience. Responsibilities
Understand end-to-end supply chain planning processes to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Proactively work with various functions to identify opportunities for business process gaps and improvement. Collaborate with IT and Planning teams to implement planning solutions, including supporting training and deployment needs. Apply solid supply chain planning knowledge and proficiency in planning software implementation cycles with strong problem-solving skills. Work with supply chain operations and planning teams to understand pain points and use cases. Define comprehensive business requirements with key supply chain planning principles and build the business case for applications or features that support operations. Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility. Partner with IT to enable new capabilities across project lifecycles; manage smaller enhancement projects as a business project manager. Create project documents including Business Process Flows, User Requirement Documents, User Acceptance Test Cases, and training materials. Facilitate UAT, user training, and change management. Investigate system issues and gaps, collaborating with IT and business users to resolve issues and implement resolutions. Support supply chain planning and operations metrics and data analysis. Work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities with ambiguity and multitasking. Qualifications
BA/BS in a technical or supply chain relevant field. 7+ years of relevant experience in a business system analyst role in supply chain or related areas. About Maxonic
