We leverage SAP technology to help clients improve operations across service lines including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. This role leads technology transformation projects within Data Management & Strategy, aligning with strategic objectives and delivering technology solutions and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentor team members. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage complex technical initiatives, provide expert guidance, resolve issues, and achieve performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development. Engage actively with clients, lead workstreams, and identify opportunities to expand services. Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting. Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands. Skills and Attributes for Success
Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design of SAP and related integrations. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions; configure and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems. Proven ability to lead technology projects aligned with organizational goals; strong project and program delivery skills; ability to mentor others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership to manage professional staff and supervise teams; strategic thinking to drive sales, growth, and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 4 to 6 years of relevant SAP experience with full-cycle implementations within core modules; prior consulting experience Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project-based staff Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel; travel is estimated at 80% Preferred/Additional
Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics Additional qualifications or certifications as specified by service lines Proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues; excellent communication and leadership skills What We Look For
