Join a dynamic, high-impact team that is responsible for the strategy and marketing of Galderma\'s Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio. As the Marketing Strategy & Operations Coordinator, you\'ll serve as the organizational backbone of the marketing team—supporting execution, alignment, and communication in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal entry point into pharmaceutical marketing, offering exposure to brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Calendar Management

Own and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring visibility across congresses, sales meetings, and financial planning timelines; ensure timelines, deliverables and timely distribution of pre-read materials are understood. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, cross-functional check-ins, and leadership reviews; ensure meetings have a clear objective and agenda topics are gathered in advance. Calendar management for VP of marketing and the marketing leadership team. Executional Support

Financial support: assist with purchase order submissions, budget tracking, and ensure that all financial planning dates are prioritized. Meeting hygiene: gather and organize agenda topics, meeting materials, and follow-ups for internal and external engagements. Planning: ensure the master marketing calendar is current; monitor critical deliverables and deadlines to support on-time execution of brand initiatives. Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with coordinator counterparts across the Therapeutic Business Unit to ensure alignment and consistency. Support coordination with medical, regulatory, legal, and access teams to keep projects on track. Internal Communications & Launch Support

Draft and distribute internal updates, team newsletters, and milestone communications (e.g. company anniversaries). Coordinate with PR and corporate communications on internal distribution of marketing/BU communications. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, and commercial strategy Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools This role is designed as a launchpad into biotech/pharmaceutical marketing.
