The Marketing Operations team partners with Marketing Leadership to develop core processes, execute campaign operations, tooling, automation, and reporting to run the Marketing team. We build and optimize core operational processes, facilitate key decision-making, and drive efficiency in marketing execution to deliver growth objectives. About The Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing key marketing operations including campaign operations, campaign reporting, campaign attribution, ROI analysis, and audience management/data enrichment at scale. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to optimize marketing performance and support the scalability of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Automation Workflows: Own and optimize marketing automation workflows using Hightouch to sync customer data across systems and deliver highly targeted campaigns. Maintain and optimize automated campaigns. Automated Programs: Develop and implement automated outbound campaigns tied to intent signals and lifecycle marketing programs (e.g., onboarding, re-engagement, upsell, churn prevention) using real-time customer data. Segmentation/Audience Management: Ensure high-quality audience segmentation and targeting by integrating Hightouch with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales automation tools. Data Pipelines: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to automate the flow of customer and marketing data between Hightouch, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Forecasting & Planning: Own marketing contribution forecasting, pipeline modeling, and goal-setting to align with revenue objectives. Campaign & Attribution Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, track conversion rates, and provide recommendations to optimize performance. Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement in marketing workflows, reporting cadences, and governance processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Tech Stack & Data Management: Leverage and optimize tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to improve reporting and data integrity. Strategic Project Leadership: Support company-wide strategic initiatives by providing insights and executing operational improvements that enhance marketing impact. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Customer.io), and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with Hightouch or Census is required. Experience partnering with demand generation teams on performance marketing (paid social, paid search) and SEO/AIO campaigns, including audience creation, automation setup, tagging, tracking, attribution, and governance. Experience in SQL & Data Manipulation - ability to extract and manipulate data from databases for deeper analysis. Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. Project management experience with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decisions. Bonus Points For

The compensation ranges reflect total target cash compensation (TTCC) and include base and variable components where applicable, plus eligibility for equity and benefits (medical, vision, dental). Salary ranges are benchmarked to market data and may change over time. Individual pay is determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and other factors. Mixpanel Compensation Range:
