Product Manager II, YouTube BrandConnect at Google. This role focuses on empowering Brands and Creators to form meaningful partnerships and to streamline sponsored content on YouTube. The candidate will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business perspectives, and translating user needs into product strategy. Responsibilities

Work as an individual contributor leading creator discovery. Lead user experience research efforts to understand user feedback. Iterate on creator searches and evolve the product. Partner with cross-functional teams on product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Design and manage a multi-year roadmap for a suite of creator showcase tools. Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. Product management focused on user interface (UI) design. 2 years of experience managing the full product life-cycle, from ideation to launch, for consumer or B2B software products. Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., tactical marketing, business operations, consulting). 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. 2 years of experience in software development or engineering. 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. 1 year of experience in technical leadership. In this role you will help advertisers discover Creators more easily by developing a deep understanding of the value of creators, what tools they need to appeal to advertisers, and defining a roadmap to deliver against your goals. Compensation and benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; final pay is influenced by location, skills, experience, and training.
