We're seeking a

Senior Product Manager

to work closely with our CEO to help shape and execute the roadmap for our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products. You'll play a key role in turning strategy into action, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that have measurable impact for customers and drive business growth.

Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own major areas of our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products. You'll translate strategic direction into actionable product plans, oversee backlogs, and guide cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases. You'll work closely with Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product decisions align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.

We offer a competitive base salary of $115,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

— Translate company vision and strategy into product initiatives and features; Research industry trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth; Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements & Documentation

— Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and related tools; Collaborate with design and engineering to scope features and ensure alignment with customer needs

Execution & Delivery

— Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product releases; Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to coordinate product launches, communications, and go-to-market strategies; Incorporate feedback from Customer Success and end users to drive continuous product improvement

Cross-Team Collaboration

— Work closely with Product, Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams; Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and success metrics; Serve as a strong advocate for the customer while balancing business needs; Mentor and coach early career product team members, providing guidance on product discovery, backlog management, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

12+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years in product management roles

Proven success managing SaaS-based products, ideally in online learning or related industries

Strong track record of delivering customer and business impact through product innovation

Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Content, Sales, and Customer Success

Skilled in customer discovery, research, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into product decisions

Proficient with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) to guide decisions and measure outcomes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and drive execution

Experience mentoring or coaching product team members is a plus

Ability to travel quarterly for in-person meetings and company events
