TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation efforts and drive sustained growth in the K-12 education sector. This full-funnel role involves designing and executing targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads, drive engagement, and accelerate customer acquisition at scale. You will leverage AI-driven insights based on ICP and persona data to inform strategy, messaging, and creative concepts. ABM will be a key component alongside analytics to optimize outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that drive business growth and craft strategies that resonate with decision-makers such as presidents and other institutional leaders to build pipeline and shorten sales cycles. What You\'ll Do

Develop demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across all stages of the buyer’s journey. Create multichannel campaigns balancing inbound and outbound tactics (email, social, paid media, content syndication, webinars, events). Lead targeted ABM efforts for district-level and enterprise accounts, prioritizing key accounts with sales and developing 1:1 or 1:few, 1:many campaigns using tailored content, events, and direct outreach. Generate qualified leads using data-driven targeting, segmentation, and messaging to maintain a steady flow of high-quality opportunities. Partner with product marketing to address needs of education audiences like superintendents, principals, and staff. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce assets (case studies, white papers, digital ads, nurture sequences) that fuel lead generation. Optimize programs based on performance analytics, using metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline progression, and deal velocity. Coordinate with sales to streamline lead handoff and align marketing with business development objectives. What You Bring

At least 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM, with a proven record in enterprise-level B2B marketing. Familiarity with K-12 or healthcare ecosystems or similar industries is a plus. Expertise in demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels. Strong ABM experience focused on large accounts or enterprise clients. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data. Strategic thinker capable of executing complex marketing initiatives.
