As an Endera User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for the look, feel, and workflow of multiple web-based products. You will deliver great visual experiences. You will be part of a cross-functional agile team, with frequent interactions with developers and testers. You will be responsible for lean user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into “UX design” through sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. What You Will Be Doing
Apply Lean UX principles (early user validation, collaboration, problem solving, business value, flexible toolset, nimble design) and methods (writing problem statements, business and user assumptions and developing hypotheses) to formulate concepts through user flows, wireframes, user journeys, mockups and prototypes that lead to remarkable user experiences across a wide range of devices and interfaces. Plan and moderate user research (usability tests, expert reviews, focus groups, depth interviews, surveys). Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) and devise elegant solutions. Rapidly iterate from concept research to sketching, prototyping and progressive specifications for developers. Produce design artifacts that enable product development, requirements elicitation, and mobile-first development. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to elicit feedback and buy-in across the product lifecycle. What You Need For This Position
Demonstrable UX design experience; preference for complex digital environments. Experience using UX design best practices for mobile-first and responsive design. Knowledge of user-centered design, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. Proficiency with modern UX tools and methods; ability to match tools to tasks. Excellent communication skills in storytelling, critiquing, facilitating and presenting. Basic HTML5 and Web frameworks (Material Design, Bootstrap, etc). Demonstrates drive and desire to win; pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected. Results oriented; able to manage multiple complex projects. Ability to communicate technical ideas to business leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail. Who We Are
