Executive Director - Ivy Living RCFE Ivy Park at Glen Cove is a premier senior living community. Managed by Oakmont Management Group, we provide five-star services and amenities to residents, with individualized support that promotes continuing independence. Responsibilities Oversee efficient operations and the day-to-day management of the community in accordance with property policies, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff in line with company policy. Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance; professionally represent the property to the community, the Corporation, residents, and families. Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents. Qualifications Completion of two (2) years of college and at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly, or equivalent education/experience as approved by the Department of Social Services. A valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director. Prefer five (5) years of experience supervising and managing employees. Proficiency in operating a personal computer and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care. Able to work with seniors and interact patiently with cognitively impaired individuals. Flexible, adaptable to change, capable of making decisions in stressful situations, and able to prioritize tasks and projects. Ability to follow written or oral instructions and to analyze and solve problems. Ability to read budgets and understand financial reports/statements; math proficiency. Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly to various audiences in writing and verbally. Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests. May be required to vaccinate and participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as per regulatory guidelines.
