Overview As the Director Content Marketing & Creative Services, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of content and creative initiatives across all channels. Partnering closely with the VP of Marketing for strategy alignment, you’ll translate big-picture goals into high-output execution. You’ll lead creative team, manage workflows, and ensure every piece of content, whether email, podcast, YouTube, social, or event collateral is on brand, optimized for performance, and tied directly to measurable outcomes like audience growth and lead generation. This role is based in Tennessee (Nashville preferred) and will need to be present onsite for Brand Builders Group events, content shoots, etc. What You\'ll Do Content & Creative Execution Oversee content production across social, email, YouTube, podcast, events, and campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for voice, visuals, and multimedia execution. Guide creative development for funnels, lead magnets, launches, and promotional campaigns. Analyze performance data (engagement, conversions, opt-ins) and recommend optimizations. Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards that track ROI, content performance and contribution towards company goals. Team & Project Management Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team (designer, video editor, copywriter, and contractors/vendors). Prioritize and resource internal project requests, keeping timelines on track and quality high across the full time team and external resources. Serve as final review/approval of creative output, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Establish clear workflows, dashboards, and reporting to keep projects organized and efficient. Partner with the VP of Marketing to execute cross-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results. Manage external agencies or future social media hire to ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms. Optimize campaigns ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet KPIs. Leverage data and insights (reach, clicks, conversions, A/B testing) to optimize campaign outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with organizational priorities. Podcast & Video Manage creative direction and promotion strategy for The Influential Personal Brand Podcast. Partner with the video team to ensure content is visually compelling and aligned with modern media trends. Track video and podcast performance (e.g. views, retention, opt-ins) and iterate based on insights. Internal Marketing & Communications Manage creative execution for internal-facing content: newsletters, announcements, recruiting materials, and employee communications. You Have Experience That Looks Like 7-10+ years in brand or content marketing with increasing responsibility including ownership of cross-channel creative execution and performance reporting 3-5+ years managing and mentoring creative teams across design, video, copy, and/or social. Proven ability to tie creative execution to measurable outcomes such as audience growth, lead generation and conversion metrics. Demonstrated track record of approving campaigns, allocating resources and ownership of deliverables. Hands-on experience with content planning tools (e.g., Monday.com) with excellent project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-output environment with extreme attention to detail Experience working cross-functionally to align campaigns and ability to push back, prioritize and influence across an organization with limited creative capacity.
