Lead Estimator - CMAR / Negotiated

Maintain and update historical cost data for future estimating purposes. Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide technical support to the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during the estimating process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools and practices. A successful Lead Estimator - CMAR / Negotiated should have: a solid background in construction estimating, specifically in CMAR/Negotiated contracts; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficiency in construction estimating software and tools; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate estimates.
