Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer with deep expertise in

administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrades

of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITOM, combined with solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and upgrade the

ServiceNow platform . Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations. Build solutions using

ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC . Implement

ServiceNow ITOM Discovery

for on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure) environments. Leverage

Integration Hub and Orchestration

to automate IT processes. Design, configure, and maintain

Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, and UI Policies . Create

custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations , leveraging Performance Analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with

CSDM framework, CMDB standards, and ITIL practices . Provide technical stewardship and support transformation of IT service delivery. Essential Skills

5-8 years

of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade experience. 4+ years

in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on integrations. Expertise in ServiceNow data models, tables, and relationships. Strong hands-on knowledge of

APIs, SSO, SAML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC . Proficiency in

JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, and PowerShell . Experience with

Integration Hub, Orchestration, ITOM Discovery, and CMDB . Knowledge of

CSDM framework

and familiarity with

Performance Analytics . Backend development exposure with

SQL Server

(preferred). Desirable Skills

Experience in automating IT processes and data synchronization. Strong ability to map, transform, and synchronize data across systems. Knowledge of

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

and REST API integrations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead requirement workshops, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
