Content Marketing Manager

Location: Plantation, FL Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Head of Marketing Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000/yearly About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing brand-aligned messaging across all touchpointsdigital, print, web, and more. From blog posts and brochures to landing pages and direct mail, you'll craft compelling content that speaks to our luxury audience and supports key marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure messaging is strategic, consistent, and reflective of SeaDream's elevated voice and experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage a cross-channel editorial calendar aligned with campaign goals, seasonal themes, and product launches. Write and edit blog posts, destination features, and itinerary content to support brand storytelling and SEO. Lead the creation of high-impact marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and direct mail pieces. Leverage AI tools to streamline research, ideation, and drafting processes while ensuring content remains authentic, accurate, and brand-consistent. Copywriting, Messaging & Email Structure

Write and refine copy for: Email campaigns (B2C, B2B, loyalty, drip flows) Website content, landing pages, and itinerary/program overviews Print materials, including brochures, onboard flyers, menus, and inserts Guest-facing communication across all journey stages Develop and adapt copy for social media campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Manager, ensuring posts align with brand tone and drive engagement. Structure and outline email campaignsfrom subject lines and headers to CTAs and layout recommendationsfor implementation by the Marketing Operations Coordinator Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual alignment across all platforms SEO & Web Optimization

Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop keyword-optimized blog and website content Apply SEO best practices to headlines, metadata, content formatting, and linking strategies Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to monitor performance and recommend content updates or adjustments based on data insights Print Production Support

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support print production, including timeline coordination, quotes, layout review, and final proofing Ensure messaging in all printed materials meets brand standards and supports strategic goals Assist in managing and tracking direct mail campaigns from content creation to final delivery Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, or editorial. Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling. Proficiency with AI content and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and workflow. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries preferred.
