Average pay:
$1,030-$1,260 weekly Home time:
Every three weeks Experience:
All CDL holders welcome. Experience the benefits of predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Enjoy consistent freight, maximizing drive time and minimizing downtime. Stay organized with dispatched routes planned in advance. Handle 95% no-touch freight with dry van trailers. Travel within a designated regional driving area. Compensation & Bonuses: Receive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn weekly performance pay. Benefit from a $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or a $1,000 bonus for inexperienced drivers, both paid over 12 monthly installments in your first year. Achieve potential mileage incentives with a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goals. Participate in paid orientation. Accumulate paid time off after 6 months, with an additional 6 days of holiday pay per year. Qualify for an annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay. Qualifications: Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). HazMat endorsement is preferable. Possess a passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL for greater opportunities.
