CGI is seeking to hire a seasoned Systems Analyst to design and implement innovative software solutions, lead Agile development efforts, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates bring proven experience, strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and a passion for driving technical excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a Full Time Employment Opportunity based in Westlake, TX (preferred) or Merrimack, NH in a HYBRID Model. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design and implementation of software solutions that meet requirements and are aligned to the project/program strategic direction Adhere to engineering best practices and participate in design and code reviews Develop and maintain partnerships across the organization Work as part of a team in a collaborative environment to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients Expert understanding of the software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning Identify creative ways to drive desired outcomes and promote a culture of innovation by setting examples Collaborate with peers through code reviews, pair programming or interactive discussions daily Follow outstanding software engineering practices and always looking to improve your engineering skills and industry knowledge Bring a data-driven and team approach to decision making, both in day-to-day work and in making strategic trade-offs Familiarity with delivering solutions to the market and having them scale for product growth with recognition of technology trends in implementing business applications Collaboration with business and technology partners to define and deliver our strategy and roadmap based upon business requirements Engage with a distributed team of developers in leading standard methodologies for software engineering Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum of 7 years of Systems Analysis experience required. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) or systems development methodologies. Understanding of the Agile software development methodology. Skills, allowing you to coordinate Business partners to understand project objectives, use cases and requirements. Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for self-contained projects within a larger program. Expertise in conveying technical concepts with internal customers, technical team members, and/or other technical contributors across the organization. Understanding of data modeling and data flow diagrams. Experience working with APIs and using tools like Postman or Insomnia to test and interact with endpoints. Take the lead on backlog building and story writing. Skills for writing advanced SQL queries and performing basic data analysis. Lead the team through continuous refinement activities - story mapping, refinement sessions, planning sessions. Work offline with team members to gather input in preparation for refinement. Help identifying critical test scenarios. Proficient in developing automation and utility scripts using Shell. Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $150,800.00.
