Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with project teams to analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing. Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Review project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations during the estimating process. Participate in bid reviews and presentations to clients as needed. Continuously update and refine estimating tools and practices for improved efficiency. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, processes, and software. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
