Class A CDL Truck Driver

With locations in Lexington, Somerset, and Jeffersonville, we're expanding quickly and need Class A CDL Drivers who are ready to grow with us. The Role: We're hiring a Class A CDL Driver to handle the transport and delivery of heavy equipment to job sites around Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana. From telehandlers to excavators, you'll be the one making sure our customers have the equipment they need on time, every time. This role will drive a flatbed or roll-back truck in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings. The ability to safely maneuver and operate in tight areas like construction zones is key. What You'll Do: Load, transport, and unload heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, telehandlers, etc.) Operate flatbeds and roll-backs in a range of driving environments Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Deliver equipment safely and on schedule to job sites Operate equipment for loading/unloading as needed Keep accurate delivery logs and reports What We're Looking For: Valid Class A CDL with a solid driving record Experience with heavy haul equipment transport (preferred) Strong focus on safety and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Great communication skills and customer service mindset Comfortable driving in tight spaces and navigating job sites What's in It for You: Competitive Pay + Overtime Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Consistent Hours Be home most nights Opportunities to Grow We promote from within as we expand Team Culture We work hard, support each other, and value every role Why ENCON?
