Were seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist with proven expertise in unifying complex data ecosystems and transforming them into actionable intelligence. This role focuses on building and optimizing Azure- and Databricks-based data pipelines, consolidating diverse data sources into an enterprise data warehouse, and enabling cross-system analytics. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of data integration and governance with strong analytics expertise, while also leveraging Power BI to deliver accessible, business-ready insights. Key Responsibilities Engineer and maintain enterprise-wide data integration pipelines connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, Databricks, and third-party systems into a centralized data warehouse Design and deliver analytics solutions and reports that combine multiple data sources to provide unified, business-critical insights, with Power BI as a primary visualization tool Develop semantic data models that enable cross-system analysis and support self-service BI capabilities Leverage Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Synapse, and Databricks to build scalable ETL/ELT processes across structured and unstructured data Integrate disparate data sources into warehouse solutions to ensure a single version of truth for analytics and reporting Enforce data governance and integrity standards by establishing validation checks, documenting data flows, and promoting best practices Promote data literacy and analytics adoption across the organization by training teams and sharing best practices, including effective use of Power BI Facilitate collaboration and report distribution using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in data integration, business intelligence, or data engineering Proficiency in SQL (queries, views, stored procedures) for data extraction and transformation Experience in developing data models, reporting solutions, and analytics across multiple systems; familiarity with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling) is highly preferred Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, etc.) Proven ability to consolidate heterogeneous data sources into a centralized warehouse and deliver analytics across multiple systems Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures and APIs for seamless integration Strong grounding in data governance, data quality, and privacy best practices Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams Ability to manage multiple integration and analytics projects independently and deliver measurable business value

Advanced experience orchestrating hybrid AzureDatabricks pipelines for warehouse development and large-scale analytics Strong understanding of data warehousing principles (star/snowflake schema design, fact/dimension modeling) Experience developing cross-system analytics solutions that unify financial, operational, and customer data sources Exposure to enterprise-scale analytics strategies and modern cloud-based data architecture
