Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Infrastructure Analyst

to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in networking, server administration, virtualization, scripting, and cybersecurity best practices to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, redundancy and security. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises environments. Administer and optimize Windows and Linux servers, including automation of system deployments and configurations. Implement and manage cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on networking, security, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Maintain and optimize virtualization platforms, including VMware and Nutanix. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam and Rubrik. Develop and execute disaster recovery strategies and high-availability solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and system configurations. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior IT staff.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VLANs, and SD-WAN. Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or equivalent. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies. Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef). Deep understanding of virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Rubrik and Zerto). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments. Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and Microsoft Certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM. Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning. Experience in on prem, hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
