The Cardiovascular (CV) Portfolio at Medtronic is focused on treating cardiac disease throughout its continuum of severity. Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) is operating units (OU) within the CV Portfolio that offer therapies to diagnose and treat Coronary Artery Disease, High Blood Pressure, and other cardiovascular conditions. We are looking for a Senior Business Relationship Analyst (BRA) within the Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) Operating Unit, who serves as a strategic liaison between CRDN stakeholders and IT. In this role, you will focus on aligning IT strategy with business objectives, driving digital transformation initiatives such as commercial launches in partnership with digital marketing and sales enablement teams, and supporting digital health product development. Act as a trusted advisor between IT and CRDN stakeholders. Take ownership and troubleshoot IT related issues, escalate as needed. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with CRDN stakeholders to understand commercial and digital health needs and translate them into IT requirements. Analyze and document business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Ensure solutions support cyber security, data privacy, and clinical usability. Validate that IT deliverables meet business expectations through testing and stakeholder feedback. Project & Demand Management
Track and prioritize IT projects within the CRDN portfolio, including basic ROI documentation. Manage execution of small to mid-size IT initiatives in partnership with Global IT valuestreams. Navigate, Connect and Orchestrate Global IT products and services to serve OU objectives. Promote innovation through technology evaluation and execution of hyper automation initiatives. Change Management & Adoption
Support training and change management for new systems. Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance or usability issues. Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree Preferred Qualifications
Previous Medtronic or Medical Device experience 2+ experience as IT Business Partner / BRM Experience with sales CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools such as PowerBI Experience leading / managing IT projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. PR) locations (USD): $91,200.00 - $136,800.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
