HappyRobot is a platform to build and deploy AI workers that automate communication. Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls, email, messages We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups. We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we're growing very fast. We're looking for rockstars with a relentless drive, unstoppable energy, and a true passion for building something greatready to embrace the challenge, push limits, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Responsibilities
Drive and analyze growth experiments across channels (email, outbound, SEO, etc.) Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to reach industry stakeholders. Collaborate with product and marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets. Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover bottlenecks and drive improvements. Own tools and processes to scale outreach and campaign automation Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates. Must Have
Fluency in English. Strong analytical mindset; experience working with data to inform decisions. Entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortable with ambiguity and fast changes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extreme ownership, extreme organization. Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and ownership. Nice to Have
