Jr. E-Commerce Growth Specialist (Non-Exempt)
at Franklin Sports Franklin Sports is seeking a Jr. E-Commerce Growth Specialist to support day-to-day digital advertising channels, merchandise the e-commerce brand store, and coordinate promotional efforts across multiple markets. The role assists with the health and efficiency of retail media advertising accounts and supports the E-Commerce Growth team in executing comprehensive ad strategies to maximize ROI. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to monitor advertising performance and drive innovation across platforms. The role also coordinates vendor-powered promotional campaigns, contributes to the growth of E-Commerce Brand Stores in the US, CA, and MX, and explores the use of AI tools to enhance online content. A strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and data-driven decision-making is required. The position is located at our headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option, and reports to the Senior Director, E-Commerce. #FranklinFamily Responsibilities Monitor retail media advertising account health and performance using internal and external tools Support the optimization of advertising campaigns by refining keywords and product targeting, bids, and creative strategy Refresh and update ad creative in collaboration with the Creative team Support the growth of Amazon Brand Stores in the US, CA, and MX through strategic merchandising, seasonal content updates, and reporting Analyze and present market and product trends to identify marketing opportunities Activate, monitor, and report on vendor-powered coupon and promotional campaigns Support the implementation of AI-generated content updates across multiple retailer platforms Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, or applicable internship experience Amazon Advertising certifications or related platform credentials preferred
Essential Capabilities
Exposure to optimizing digital advertising campaigns Understanding of pay-per-click (PPC), keyword strategy, and bid management Data-driven mindset with experience using performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools a plus) Basic understanding of Amazon and Walmart e-commerce platforms and their marketing tools Ability to learn and identify what drives performance in ad assets Proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools Adaptability in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
Level of Responsibility
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on the direction of management; present information for decision-making to management; and independently follow up on pending items and manage daily tasks and projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities
