General Manager
to oversee daily operations, drive store performance, and deliver a world-class client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a background in luxury retail who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Base pay range $69,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a customer-focused sales team
Set and achieve sales and performance goals (conversion rates, UPT, AUR, and client capture)
Manage staffing schedules to align with peak traffic times
Provide exceptional client service and cultivate long-term relationships
Stay informed on market trends, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Maintain merchandising standards, cleanliness, and inventory levels
Plan and execute in-store events and external networking to drive business
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of store staff
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety, and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
3+ years of retail management experience in the luxury space (beauty or fragrance a plus)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Business-minded with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities
Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, CRM tools (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office
Flexible and adaptable to change; able to work on the sales floor including physical movement
