Audible is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to concept, lead, and execute global 360° marketing campaigns that elevate the Audible brand and deepen listener engagement worldwide. This is a hands-on role for a high-level thinker and doer—someone who can bring bold, original ideas to life across all channels, including digital, social, experiential, broadcast, and out-of-home. Responsibilities

Lead the art direction and design for global brand campaigns—from pitch to production—across a wide range of formats and platforms Partner closely with a Copywriter ACD counterpart to concept, develop, and present integrated creative ideas Champion a modern, globally-minded aesthetic that reflects Audible’s diverse audiences and evolving identity Manage and mentor junior creatives and designers, providing direction, feedback, and inspiration Collaborate with producers, editors, and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution across video, motion, digital, social, and print Present work to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic grounding Uphold and evolve the Audible visual identity system while pushing creative boundaries Stay on top of design trends, tech innovation, and cultural shifts to ensure Audible remains a leader in brand creativity About Audible

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, brand, or media environment, with a strong portfolio of global, integrated campaigns Experience in art direction across digital, social, video, experiential, and traditional media Experience working with design systems, typography, motion principles, and emerging media formats
