We are seeking a strategic, hands-on
Senior Marketing
Manager
to drive our
go-to-market (GTM)
efforts, manage
events and tradeshows , and develop
content and
social media strategies . This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who is prepared to get hands-on with a strong background in
B2B SaaS
and a passion for
public safety technology . You will play a key role in strengthening our brand, generating demand, and supporting sales enablement through integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Drive and execute lead generation activities focused on driving leads that convert in Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). GTM strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic initiatives. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging, positioning, and campaign plans. Partner closely with sales leadership and the SDR team to align campaigns with pipeline goals and target account strategies. Create and manage compelling nurture content across email, social, and digital channels to accelerate lead progression. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and content. Utilize data to monitor campaign performance and adjust accordingly. Tradeshow & Event Management
Plan and own all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and partner events (booth logistics, promotional materials, lead capture, follow-up). Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event marketing efforts. Identify new event opportunities aligned with core verticals (fire, EMS, police, local government). Occasional travel may be required less than 15%. Content Development & Social Media
Drive development of thought leadership and sales/lead generation content (case studies, blogs, videos, email sequences, guides) alongside SMEs and clients. Oversee strategy and daily execution for social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to source compelling content ideas and testimonials. Email Ownership: Focusing on nurturing cold leads, utilizing automation and AI, customer engagement, content development, and more. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales to support pipeline goals through campaign development and sales enablement materials. Coordinate with Product, Support, and Customer Success to drive customer marketing and product adoption. Track and report on campaign KPIs, budget, and overall marketing performance. Qualifications
57 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology Proven success driving GTM strategies and managing integrated marketing campaigns. Experience overseeing industry events and trade shows. Strong content writing, messaging, and storytelling skills, especially for technical or niche audiences. Proficiency with
HubSpot
and
Salesforce
(or similar tools). Strong project management and collaboration skills. Experience in or passion for
public safety ,
gov tech , or
mission-driven industries
is a plus. Nice to Have
