Our team is made up of a diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to innovation and sustainability. We are currently seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key commodities to drive cost savings and quality improvements Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and commodity pricing to make informed sourcing decisions Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms Manage supplier performance through scorecards and regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with project requirements and timelines Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive procurement efficiencies and best practices Monitor and report on commodity market trends, pricing, and overall supply chain performance Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industries Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships Proficient in data analysis, market research, and price forecasting Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software Benefits

This role offers a base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 (DOE) Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher), dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
