Senior Director, Product Management, Buyer Solutions at PubMatic. You will spearhead the strategy and vision for the PubMatic for Buyers suite, leveraging extensive expertise in digital advertising with experience helping buyers discover and curate supply, set up campaigns, transact, and optimize. You will lead a high-performance team of product managers, foster an innovative and collaborative environment, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy and Vision: Lead the development of product strategy and vision for PubMatic's Buyer facing products. Leverage deep understanding of buy- and sell-side digital video advertising trends to shape innovative solutions.
High-Performance Team Management: Build and lead a team of product managers dedicated to demand-facing products. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure collaboration across team members.
Market Expertise: Demonstrate authoritative insight into the evolving digital advertising landscape and how buyers approach digital advertising.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer support, product marketing, business development, engineering, and operations to drive delivery and adoption.
Market Launch and Industry Participation: Partner with global sales and marketing to launch products and actively participate in industry bodies to stay ahead of trends.
Visionary Roadmap Development: Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and performance metrics for PubMatic's buy-side products. Educate marketing and customer-facing teams on key indicators and advantages.
Who You Are
Product Management Expertise: At least 10 years of product management experience, with a strong background in programmatic advertising and knowledge of buyer advertising platforms.
Proven Leadership: Track record of leading and inspiring product management teams. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Autonomous and Curious: Autonomous learner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: Commercial acumen and customer-oriented thinking to work effectively with clients.
Effective Communicator: Strong client communication and relationship-building skills with clients and business teams.
Educational Background: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Information Return to Office:
PubMatic employees operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
