As Neon’s first bizops hire reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for building the function from the ground up, with an immediate focus on owning and accelerating our international expansion in close partnership with Legal, Finance, Product, and GTM. Responsibilities

Lead “i18n” expansion: Drive Neon’s international expansion, including market evaluation, regulatory and compliance requirements, operational infrastructure, entity formation, and local partnerships. Build the operational glue: Spearhead and manage company metrics, dashboard creation and OKR tracking. Support financial planning, build workflows, systems, and documentation across the company. Execute 0→1 strategic initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects critical to Neon’s growth, such as vendor selection, risk/compliance strategy, pricing design, GTM initiatives, and new product strategy. Hire and scale the team: Identify future needs, recruit early hires, and create onboarding playbooks to grow beyond an individual contributor model. Own budgeting and financial management for operational initiatives. Attributes

5+ years of startup or high-growth tech experience in a business operations, strategy, product or finance role; or equivalent management consulting experience Deep experience driving cross-functional data-driven decisions. Excited to travel ~25% BA/BS Bonus: strong familiarity with, or passion for, payments, e-commerce, gaming. Compensation Range: $160K - $185K
