First 30 Days Orientation & Assessment Build a foundational understanding of GTM ecosystem, product portfolio, and enablement gaps. Audit onboarding, certifications, and Highspot/Gong assets. Assess adoption of GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Gainsight, Crossbeam, 6sense, Highspot). Align with Product Marketing on personas (CHRO, C-suite), messaging, and competitive landscape. Define initial KPIs for ramp time, quota attainment, adoption, and enablement impact.
By 60 Days Early Execution & Alignment Design and launch an integrated enablement framework for Sales, CSMs, SDRs, and Partners. Deliver the first wave of onboarding & continuous learning programs. Launch certification programs tied to productivity outcomes. Begin driving Highspot as the central enablement hub. Establish cross-functional cadences for alignment and reporting.
By 90 Days Execution & Initial Impact Deliver GTM enablement for Company Kickoff (new messaging, positioning, playbooks). Kickoff feedback ?4.5/5; >90% of GTM team demonstrates competency within 30 days. Launch multi-product enablement programs supporting cross-sell and upsell. Deploy first AI-enabled workflows (e.g., Gong coaching, predictive scoring, RFP automation) and train GTM teams. Develop best-practice toolkits for GTM teams to engage prospects, customers, and partners with executive-ready messaging.
By 180 Days Scalable Systems & Measurable Outcomes Institutionalize a repeatable enablement framework for onboarding, certifications, and continuous learning. Ramp time reduced by 20%. 80% of GTM team reports having the right tools, training, and resources. Deliver measurable lift in multi-product sales enablement: 70% of opportunities include multi-product positioning. Expansion revenue growth (+10% NRR or cross-sell/upsell conversion). Launch OpenSesame Certified 2.0, reducing partner onboarding time by 15% (contract to first SAL).
Document AI-driven productivity gains:

Location
This position can be based anywhere in the US. We operate as a remote-first company, and invest in mandatory all-company meetings several times a year in addition to required team travel as necessary. Performance Driven

All positions can be based anywhere in the US, and require up to 15 days of travel per year, with senior management and leadership teams requiring up to 35 days. Compensation
The base salary for this position generally ranges between $110,000 and $145,000, depending on experience.
