Key Objective:
Focus on developing opportunities for Business Development Managers selling mobile and fixed propositions across the UK. Key Responsibilities include:
Working to an individual monthly appointment target Contacting organisations that are not customers of Tela Technology, to arrange a meeting for a Business Development Manager to attend and discuss their communication requirements Building a pipeline of potential appointments Ensure the CRM is updated with each call Work to a meeting validation process to ensure a quality approach Proactively promoting the Tela Technology brand Key Responsibilities include:
Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-13:00 (full time, part time options available) Hybrid working; Tues-Thurs in Hampton in Arden, Mondays & Friday’s from home Basic salary between £24,000 - £28,000 Uncapped commission An additional bonus for appointments converted 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day for every year served to a maximum of 25 days An additional day off to celebrate your birthday Employee Wellness scheme Private Medical Cover (available after 2 years’ service) Life Assurance (available after 2 years’ service) What position are you interested in? * 0 / 10 CV * No file chosen Please upload a copy of your current CV.
