Strategic Distribution Marketing Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with distributor business plans, sales targets, and geographic priorities. Partner with distributor marketing teams to co-develop joint marketing plans, integrating MDF, co-branding, lead generation, and event participation. Champion the brand and messaging across the distribution network to ensure consistency and relevance to local markets.

Partner Engagement & Enablement Build trust-based relationships with key distribution partners and their extended reseller networks. Design scalable enablement assets (playbooks, campaign-in-a-box kits, toolkits) that empower distributors to market and sell effectively. Support distributor onboarding with marketing training, playbooks, and access to relevant materials and tools.

Program Management & Execution Launch and manage co-marketing campaigns that drive reseller recruitment, product awareness, and channel sales acceleration. Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align programs with revenue goals and territory needs. Support participation in distributor events, roadshows, and partner conferences.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization Define KPIs for distribution marketing programs and analyze campaign performance to assess ROI and recommend improvements. Track MDF usage and ensure timely, accurate reporting to both internal stakeholders and partners. Regularly audit partner content, program adoption, and participation to identify gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in distribution/channel marketing, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise hardware/software. Strong understanding of two-tier distribution, including the dynamics between vendors, distributors, and downstream resellers or VARs. Proven experience managing joint marketing efforts, MDF funds, and partner go-to-market strategies. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence distributor stakeholders and field teams. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing automation tools. Travel up to 15% of the time within North America.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of key distribution players and platforms (eg TD SYNNEX, Arrow, etc). Experience supporting distributor-led demand gen, digital campaigns, and territory-specific activations. Familiarity with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systems and digital asset portals. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM/reporting tools (eg Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is 110,000 - 160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
