Anticipated Interview Dates: In-person interviews beginning the week of September 23, 2025. Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week. Role: The CalPERS Retirement Benefit Services Division is seeking a Staff Services Manager I to lead the Training & Development Unit. You will oversee the daily operations of a team dedicated to training and developing staff responsible for processing retirement calculations and adjustments. Key responsibilities include reviewing procedures for training purposes, collaborating with other managers to create and maintain a training calendar, and assisting in identifying and developing system changes to support core workload processes.
