Job Description: The Director of Foundation Services and Annual Giving provides strategic leadership in three key areas: information systems, annual giving fundraising, and fiscal administration, to strengthen donor engagement and advance the mission of North Hennepin Community College. Information Systems:

Oversees the Foundation's customer relationship management platform (Raiser's Edge NXT), ensuring accurate donor records and data integrity. Leads data analysis and reporting to support fundraising strategy, donor communications, and engagement efforts. Fundraising:

Develops and implements a comprehensive annual giving plan to acquire, retain, and increase donor support. Crafts compelling fundraising appeals and communications to inspire generosity from alumni, employees, and friends of the college. Fiscal Administration:

Manages day-to-day financial operations in partnership with the Accounting Fees department. Responsibilities include donation and expense processing, fund tracking (endowment and restricted funds), budgeting, expense analysis, monthly reconciliation, and serving as the primary contact for the Foundation's annual audit. This position plays a critical role in sustaining the Foundations ability to support students, programs, and campus priorities. North Hennepin Community College serves a diverse student population, many of whom are first-generation college attendees, working adults, or balancing significant life responsibilities. The Foundation team works collaboratively to remove barriers to education and ensure students have the resources they need to succeed and thrive. Salary Range:

$25.29 - $36.71 Hourly Minimum Qualifications

One year of fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in annual fund campaigns. Experience using and proficiency in a constituent relationship management software program. Experience with nonprofit budget and financial procedures, including IRS regulations related to charitable donations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent writing skills for donor correspondence, including appeals, thank you letters, stewardship reports, and informational materials. Competency with computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management tools. Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. 3+ years of fundraising and/or foundation services experience within higher education. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge experience. QuickBooks experience. Experience in compiling the CASE VSE report. Ability to collaborate effectively with higher education institutions and community partners. Experience with endowment and scholarship management. Other Requirements
