We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the project team supporting a large enterprise software implementation. The BA will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support testing and adoption of new systems. Candidates should bring strong analytical skills, documentation expertise, and experience supporting ERP or CRM initiatives.
Your role:
Gather and document business and technical requirements across ERP, CRM, and integration workstreams. Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Develop use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams to support design and testing. Collaborate with PMs, developers, and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Support test planning, UAT, and validation of system functionality. Assist in change management, training documentation, and communication efforts. Ensure requirements and deliverables align with compliance and security standards. What you've got:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or enterprise software projects. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Experience supporting ERP or CRM implementations highly preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. Ability to create process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification a plus.
