Public Trust Role Description: The Data Engineer will serve as the data engineering lead supporting Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to support C2IE deployments. Key responsibilities include: Utilize

Apache NiFi

for data ingestion, transformation, and routing

Implement and manage data storage solutions, including

Hadoop, Accumulo, and Elasticsearch

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions

Ensure

data quality, integrity, and security

throughout the data lifecycle

Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure

high performance and reliability

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

data integration and processing

Apply

Jolt Transforms

as needed

Work with

RESTful APIs

to support data integration

Technical Skills Required: Apache NiFi:
