Collaborate with all business functions to ensure the successful maintenance of the companys ERP system. Provide functional analysis, design, configuration, and testing support for the Epicor ERP system and other 3rd Party/Custom Applications. Collaborate with other analysts and business units to develop and manage processes for the continued advancement of the company's use of Epicor technology, establishing best practices within the user community. Work with hosting supplier to support our instance of Epicor by coordinating schedule of applying patches and updates. Determine and optimize role-based access and put in processes to regularly verify least-minimum-access controls are in force and up-to-date. Ability to create and maintain BAQs, BPMs, labels through Bartender and dashboards within Epicor. (BAQ = business activity query, BPM = business process management) Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Epicor, defining future business needs related to data and application functionality. Work with end-users to identify and analyze business processes, workflows, requirements, issues, and opportunities, and evaluate the potential application of new or modified technology solutions and/or processes. Compile and maintain a roadmap of future development activities based on Epicor functionality, company requirements, and user feedback. Support requests with ROI and articulate enterprise value to both technical and non-technical leadership. Troubleshoot end-user reported problems or coordinate with internal and/or external support as necessary, including escalated issues arriving from operations. Maintain and curate a library of data models; design, deploy, and own all aspects of the company's reporting and dashboards to maximize visibility for decision-making. Provide dashboards for analytical and operational support for key profit-enhancing tasks including sales, supply chain, customer interaction, distribution, engineering, and quality. Suggest modifications to data collection and transformation processes to improve data quality and process monitoring. Establish, coordinate, and maintain data integrity procedures, processes, and policies.
Requirements
Develop documentation and procedural guidelines for ERP, including business process mapping. Design, develop, and maintain reports (SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS). Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage and maintain organization of multiple tasks and projects. Highly effective interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking in small or large groups. Skilled in standard industry tools and practices. Must be a US Citizen.
Experience
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably within Aerospace and Defense Industries. Epicor experience a strong plus. Working knowledge of CADLink, BarTender, Visual Studio, and C# is a strong plus. Experience with business processes in a highly regulated make-to-order/engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
