Tractors: 10 years old or newer, with minimal body damage. Trailers: 53' Fontaine Revolution trailers. Securement Equipment: A comprehensive securement equipment package is available for purchase at a discounted rate, or you may bring your own. Compensation And Benefits
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at week 3 and $2,500 at week 6). Competitive Revenue Splits: 70-80% of gross linehaul revenue, depending on trailer usage and tenure. 100% Fuel Surcharge and 98.5% Accessorial Pay. Weekly Gross: $4,500 - $5,000. Weekly Settlements: Paid every Friday. Note: As an independent contractor, there are no benefits. Operational Advantages
No Freight Procurement: We handle all freight logistics. Cost-Effective Insurance: We cover Auto Liability and Cargo premiums. Preventative Trailer Maintenance: Provided by us. Samsara tablet provided. Safety And Compliance
Safety Training: 3-day program in Birmingham, AL. Equipment Inspections: Required prior to safety training and bi-annually. Employment Details
