We’re looking for a
Robotics Software Developer
to join the R&D team and help build the next generation of autonomous mobile robots. You’ll work alongside a senior developer to design and maintain core software infrastructure that powers mission control, device management, and cloud connectivity. This is a hands-on role focused on real-world deployment, machine communication, and system reliability. What You’ll Do
Develop software for mission planning, execution, and monitoring of autonomous robots Build robust systems for device management and fleet coordination Ensure seamless communication between robots and cloud services Optimize performance for real-time operations and memory management Contribute to CI/CD workflows and containerized deployments (Docker) Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end system integration Document system architecture, APIs, and software modules What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in robotics software development Strong proficiency in
C++
(required) and Python Experience with
ROS / ROS 2 , real-time systems, and multi-threaded programming Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred) Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and REST APIs Authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus Points
Field deployment experience in construction or industrial environments Startup experience Background in autonomous mobile robotics $160K base salary + bonus + equity 27 PTO days Collaborative, fast-moving team with high ownership and impact
