Business Development Consultant

to expand our client base in these markets, driving revenue and building lasting partnerships. Unlike a 360-recruiter role, this is a

purely client-facing BD position youll focus on winning new business and growing accounts while our delivery team manages candidate sourcing. What Youll Be Doing Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across energy and infrastructure sectors Pitch Spencer Ogdens staffing services and secure exclusive client agreements Negotiate terms, fees, and long-term contracts Identify and map target accounts across Houston, Texas, and the Gulf Coast Develop business strategies to capture market share and meet revenue targets Stay ahead of industry hiring trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity Partner with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful project staffing Share market insights to shape local and regional growth strategies What Were Looking For 2+ years experience in

sales, recruitment, or staffing BD

(energy staffing preferred, but not required) A natural relationship-builder with strong networking and presentation skills Resilient, competitive, and target-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to
