The Microsoft Global Media Team plans, activates, and manages all paid media investments across Microsofts product portfolio. We partner with internal product and business groups to deliver innovative, data-driven media strategies that drive measurable business impact. Our team is committed to excellence, inclusion, and leadership in the media industrypushing boundaries in media innovation, technology, and partnerships. We are seeking a Paid Media Director Channel Strategy to lead a team of digital media channel specialists across mobile, paid search, paid social, and programmatic media. This leader will work across Microsofts consumer and commercial campaigns, drive transformation of Microsofts cross-campaign channel strategies and best practices, foster innovation, build and cultivate relationships with Microsofts publisher and platform partners, and advance Microsofts place as a leader in the media industry. This is a strategic role that requires paid media experience, cross team collaboration skills, proven leadership capabilities, a passion for mentoring and developing talent, and the ability to develop and nurture meaningful relationships with stakeholders, media partners, publishers, and platforms.
