Administrative Support And Data Analysis Role
This role supports the senior leadership team by providing administrative assistance while also contributing to data analysis and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks, while also collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making. Founded in 1849, Ducommun is the oldest company in California. Starting as a hardware supply store during the California Gold Rush and eventually assisted in the birth of the aerospace industry in Southern California by providing aircraft aluminum to early aerospace pioneers like Lindbergh, Douglas and Lockheed. Today Ducommun is a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review. Maintain accurate records and files. Process invoices and expense reports. Coordinate events, both on and off site, for employees engagements and customer visits Data Analysis
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources. Perform data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
