Job Description: Support ERP migration and system enhancements within an academic environment, focusing on Colleague systems and business process adaptations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support migration efforts from PowerCampus to Ellucian Colleague Collaborate with registrar, finance, and financial aid departments Adapt and optimize academic business processes for the new ERP system Analyze and troubleshoot data and systems Assist in programming and scripting tasks Requirements:
Must-Haves: Experience with SQL and a strong interest in learning new programming languages Familiarity with scripting or object-oriented languages Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality Background in Academic Information Systems (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, PowerCampus, Workday Student, etc)
Nice-to-Haves: Strong customer service orientation Team collaboration experience Prior exposure to ERP environments
