Marketing Manager

is a role focused on growing the brand across digital platforms and local channels. The leader will shape and execute strategic initiatives to improve customer engagement and drive program adoption, blending project management, content development, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners. This individual will work closely with marketing coordinators and report to the COO, contributing to campaign development, audience segmentation, and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution: support seasonal campaigns promoting training programs, new offerings, and community events; collaborate with design and training teams on messaging and visuals for print, digital, and onsite activations; manage project timelines and deliverables across channels. Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing: develop segmented marketing journeys for youth athletes, parents, coaches, adult fitness clients, and partners; utilize CRM and email automation tools to deliver targeted, timely communications. Digital Engagement & Analytics: manage social media, website updates, SEO/SEM efforts, and paid media execution; monitor key performance metrics, analyze results to optimize future campaigns; support development of weekly/monthly dashboard reporting for leadership. Cross-Team Collaboration: coordinate with recovery, performance, and adult fitness departments to uncover cross-selling and retention opportunities; align marketing goals with operations, coaching staff, and external collaborators. Brand Consistency & Event Presence: ensure high-quality branding for physical signage, promotional materials, and public-facing assets; support planning and execution of branded events and onsite marketing. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, execution, or project management Strong foundation in digital marketing and audience engagement Familiarity with email automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Factoreal) Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across departments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for athletic development, wellness, and community-building Employment details
