With Sigma, everyone can quickly answer their own questions to make and visualize accurate, data-driven decisions. As our Product team grows, we’re looking for a senior PM for Data apps. In this high-impact role, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a brand-new 0→1 product—empowering our customers to not only uncover insights, but to act on them and automate powerful workflows. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working hand-in-hand with customers to build something they’ll truly love. You’ll have direct exposure to Sigma’s executive leadership and partner closely with our go-to-market, engineering, and design teams to launch a category-defining product. Shape the vision:

Define the strategy and roadmap for Data Apps, rally leadership around your vision, and keep the organization aligned and inspired. Deliver excellence at startup speed:

Work with design and engineering to move fast, build iteratively, and launch products that wow customers. Be the voice of the customer:

Dive deep into customer needs and goals, and translate insights into product experiences that make a difference. Power our go-to-market success:

Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to craft a seamless GTM strategy. Build, learn, and evolve:

Lead rapid build–test–launch cycles with a focus on quick iteration and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Product Leadership:

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on BI, data analytics, data prep and transformation, or related fields. Technical Chops:

Deep understanding of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, and security. Hands-on experience with data modeling or technical platforms is valued. Go-to-Market Expertise:

Strong grasp of B2B GTM motions, with a proven track record of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Design Instincts:

Passion for intuitive UX and experience partnering with design teams to deliver delightful products. Strategic Mindset:

Ability to craft bold, long-term product strategies and roadmaps. Exceptional Communicator:

Able to simplify complex ideas for engineers, executives, and customers. Cross-Functional Leader:

Experience rallying teams, managing stakeholders, and maintaining momentum in fast-moving environments. Startup DNA:

The base salary range for this position is $170k - $230k annually, plus competitive equity and benefits packages. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. This role is eligible for stock options and a comprehensive benefits package. About us
