This role manages marketing and communications projects such as proposals, presentations, advertising, brochure development, events, direct mail, or other marketing campaigns. The Senior Marketing Project Lead ensures adherence to company policies, message consistency, and coordination of efforts in alignment with the BBC brand. Additionally, this role supports efforts to acquire new business and manages internal and external communications. Essential Functions Assist the Marketing Manager or Director with department administration activities (workflow, processes, delegating responsibilities). Lead the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other information requests (scheduling, planning, strategy, assignments, follow-up, editing, meetings, review). Support responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other information requests. Collaborate with executives and business unit leaders to enhance company visibility in target markets. Contribute ideas to strategic planning processes. Manage project budgets and financial accountability. Continuously improve boilerplate proposal information and presentations. Coordinate sharing and archiving of resumes, proposals, presentations, graphics, and debriefs. Assist with presentation strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors (photographers, designers, printers, suppliers). Build relationships with owners and design team partners for project pursuits, client requests, and event coordination. Lead internal and external communication projects, including awards, announcements, newsletters, website, and direct mail. Coordinate photo shoots. Participate in industry associations to promote Balfour Beatty. Provide training and guidance to marketing staff. Participate in Vision updates and maintenance. Build effective relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and 6+ years of marketing experience. Proficiency with PC, email, internet, Microsoft Office, social media, Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and database management. Preferred Experience Experience in the A/E/C industry is highly desired. Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
