Overview
The Marketing Lead is responsible for the management and supervision of Player Card Services, Promotions and player events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. The Marketing Lead will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Essential Responsibilities
Supervise Player Card Services Promote positive guest, employee and public relations at all times Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all services delivered to guests Enforce departmental policies, procedures and standards, including complimentary criteria guidelines Facilitate training programs covering general information, Players Club programs and enrollment, complimentary criteria, system/PC software use, policies and procedures and service standards Maintain proper tracking and reporting of all promotions and bus marketing groups Prepare and reconcile coupon inventory associated with Marketing Operations Maintain adequate departmental inventories and supplies Communicate all job/property related and pertinent information to superiors and subordinates; promptly communicate concerns and issues to management Maintain knowledge of property, hotel, events and promotions to assist with guest inquiries Investigate, resolve and respond to all guest concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner Evaluate and address employee job performance, providing praise, motivation and counseling appropriately Maintain a clean, safe, hazard- and harassment-free work environment within areas of responsibility Assist in other projects and handle job tasks as deemed appropriate Attend meetings as necessary Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies Navigate the companys ACSC/AS400 Computer System Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service and increase profitability Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient Primary marketing efforts include mass market promotions, special events and gate show type events Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained Essential Requirements
Must be able to perform each of the essential functions and responsibilities satisfactorily Must be a minimum 18 years of age or older upon employment High School Diploma or equivalent required One to three years of Marketing operations experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience; casino experience preferred Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office and ACSC/AS400 Strong knowledge of property management, reservations and player tracking systems Excellent customer service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills Strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership qualities Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays Ability to perform basic calculations and understand, analyze, interpret and communicate guest or operational data and information to achieve objectives Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board License ADA Requirements
