We are seeking a dynamic VP of Digital Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives in Houston, Texas. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in digital advertising, SEO, and analytics, capable of driving team performance and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in competitive B2C environments and a proven record of campaign optimization. Responsibilities Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LSAs, utilizing A/B testing and bid strategies. Develop and manage SEO strategies, including technical optimizations and local citations. Lead website performance improvements, UX/UI enhancements, and creation of high-converting landing pages. Build and maintain analytics dashboards with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau to inform decision-making. Mentor and manage a team including a Director of Digital Marketing and a Digital Marketing Specialist. Maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to guide innovative marketing strategies. Plan and execute campaigns supporting market expansion with cost-efficient strategies. Experiment with new channels and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
10-15+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in paid acquisition and SEO. Proven ability to structure, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience managing paid media budgets of $30K+ per month and optimizing cost-per-lead. Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, SEMrush, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog. Deep understanding of local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization. Hands-on experience with digital campaign building and optimization. Preferred experience in high-competition B2C industries such as legal, medical, or education.
