Responsibilities
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents and families
- Ensure safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity
- Complete incident reports, concern reports and other appropriate communication
- Complete daily check-in procedures
- Maintain visitor sign-in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, logs and communicate maintenance request work orders
- Maintain current list of residents by name and room number, telephone numbers for all personnel, department extensions, names and contact information of key personnel
- Maintain log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- Maintain lobby appearance and provide refreshments as needed
- Assist departments with administrative services including ordering supplies
- Code accounts payable invoices and distribute for authorization
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail to the community
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in office skills and with computer software
