Responsibilities: • Create and change service calls when needed • Track dispatch service calls and arrival times • Organize dispatch documents • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests • Log customer complaints and service tech notes Qualifications: • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Applicant must have high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred • Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $52,000
