Director Of Pricing
Yulista is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead our corporate pricing organization. This pivotal role will lead our pricing department and spearhead pricing operations supporting our four business groups. The ideal candidate will not only manage a team of pricing experts but also act as the go-to authority in refining and innovating Yulista's pricing methodologies, systems, and tools. Essential Duties: Lead the pricing department to ensure operational excellence. Craft and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Refine and develop policies, procedures, methodologies, systems, and tools, including developing corporate principles regarding Price to Win. Guide the development of cost proposals and pricing strategies enterprise-wide. Develop pricing strategies that optimize execution and profitability. Coordinate daily tasks, schedule management, and team leadership to meet proposal goals. Foster strong relationships with other departments and senior management to achieve company objectives. Oversee and conduct pricing reviews presented to company leadership. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will lead the Yulista Pricing Department. Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Deep knowledge of proposal strategies, contract cost, and pricing principles, aimed at securing new and follow-on business. A thorough understanding of cost pools and associated impact analysis is highly desired. Proven leadership prowess coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Sharp analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desired. At least 10 years or more of experience in pricing, finance, or related fields within the GovCon services market. At least 3 years or more of management experience. Expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR). Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical aptitude. Ability to pass a drug and background screening. Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Preference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
